Our Spring Summer 2017 Menu is nearly ready to be released so we thought we would give our followers a sneak peek at our fantastic, inventive, drop-dead-gorgeous cocktails (we don’t like to boast but you simply need to try them!). Lovingly crafted and finished with a beautiful garnish, our cocktails are a treat for the eyes and the tastebuds!
Our talented mixologists have devised these new recipes in order to dash any winter blues and excite us for a (hopefully) sizzling summer ahead! The ‘Wasabi-ni’ made with; vodka, cucumber, wasabi, ginger, lemon juice, sugar has particularly excited everybody here at the office… Stay tuned for more Spring Summer Menu updates, this one is shaping up to be our best yet!

Fire & ice- Rum, apple liqueur, chilli sugar, apple, lime juice
Pisc-asso – Pisco, yuzu, pineapple, tarragon syrup, pineapple juice
East meets west – Gin, yellow chartreuse, marmalade, grapefruit, lemon juice, lemongrass, ginger
Love letter – Sloe gin, London dry gin, aperol, carpano antica, pink grapefruit juice, cherry bitters
Thai breaker – Vanilla vodka, ginger liqueur, lime, coconut milk, ginger beer, basil, coriander leaves
Angel’s share – Havana 7yr rum, apricot liqueur, ginger, lemon juice, kumquats, kaffir lime leaf
Rosie-chee – Vodka, lychee puree, lychee liqueur, rose syrup, lime juice
Coco-rose – Vodka, sake, passionfruit, lychee, coconut syrup
Wasabi-ni – Vodka, cucumber, wasabi, ginger, lemon juice, sugar
Strawberry fields – Vodka, lime, grapefruit juice, guava, strawberry puree, rhubarb bitters
