As many of you will know, we prepared two different menu packs last year; one focusing on seasonal produce and the other which incorporated our most popular dishes from the past 10 years. Our chefs took these classic dishes and reinvented them, producing an exciting mix of old and new flavours whilst still delivering on presentation.
These menus have undergone another update from our amazing chefs to be 2018-ready and we are proud to introduce these to you. As always, we will be taking bookings for our tasting dates in January so if you would like to book an event with us, please do let us know and we can discuss this in more detail with you.
